11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Build a theoretical basis for quality management of medical colleges according to the European quality assurance of vocational education and training (EQAVET) approach. On the basis of:

+ Research on the European quality assurance of vocational education and training Indicators;

+ Research on quality management systems (internal quality assurance systems) of the European of vocational education and training;

+ Research on the European quality assurance cycle of vocational education and training.

- Evaluate the current situation for quality of medical colleges according to the European quality assurance of vocational education and training indicators approach.

- Evaluate the current situation for quality management of medical colleges according to the European quality assurance of vocational education and training (EQAVET) approach.

+ Evaluate the current situation for building, operating, evaluating and reviewing the internal quality assurance system according to the European quality assurance of vocational education and training (EQAVET) approach.

+ Evaluate the current situation for quality management of medical colleges according to the quality assurance cycle approach (Planning – Implementation, Implementation – Evaluation – Review) PIER.

Propose a quality management system of medical colleges according to the European quality assurance of vocational Education and training approach and appropriate implementation measures.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

This is a completely new study, very necessary for the quality management of Vietnamese Medical Colleges. This result is a reference document for Vietnamese Medical Colleges to apply to more effective quality management in order to ensure and improve the quality of the schools step-by-step meeting European standards, meeting the needs of the domestic, Europe and the world labor markets.
